I am unable to access my FAS6280 by webpage.
I ran httpd options and here is the following output:

That's correct. I am using that url and a variation of https as well.
In some cases (not often) but if the system were zeroed and booted for example, the ONTAP files are not all on disk (or there is a missing file or corruption or permissions issue), so downloading ONTAP again can fix this... In other cases if the root volume was moved sometimes ssl breaks.
If you rerun ssl setup (secureadmin disable ssl, secureadmin setup -f ssl, secureadmin enable ssl), does that fix it? If not, does pushing ontap again (software update imagename.tgz -r) fix it?
Folks - I just realized that after the intiial rack and stack of the equipment only the management connections (Service processor) were setup, which does not support FilerView rather command line only.
