how to create CIFS share on a vfiler ?

my physical controller is   'waldorf'

my vfiler is 'Beauregard'

there is a qtree  /vol/pwl_vol/pwl_qtree  on Beauregard

how do i create a a CIFS share from this qtree on Beauregard using the powershell toolkit?
