Are the NS0-159 and NS0-160 the same exam? If not, which one should I take?
The 160 has been updated to reflect the lastest version of ONTAP.
I don't think you can register for the 159 anymore, even if, at this point by the time you go in it will default to the 160.
The ONTAP maximum file limits is lesser than the maximum possible number of files supported by ONTAP for a volume. This video explains the reason why ONTAP has this lower limit on the file count.
