After that, you can work your way up the chart. What FAS system are you administering? What OS version are you running, 7-Mode or Clustered Data ONTAP? You can get the next certification for the OS and finally NCIE for either backup\DR or SAN technologies if you're running FC\iSCSI\FCoE.
Hi, fyi you can find plenty of great NetApp videos on YouTube that will help if you don't have access to formal NetApp classes. Also, I highly recommend setting up a NetApp Simulator environment in VMware to get hands on experience and learn the product before attempting any of the certification exams.
