Can any one help me in where do i find Netapp Storage audit or ITIL related documents (Ex.. availability report, Capacity report and maintenance etc..)
Most of these information...availability report, Capacity report and maintenance is available through 'OCUM' (OnCommand Unified Manager) is now called Active IQ Unified Manager. In case you don't have this tool already in your environment , then have it installed (It's easy to install and it's free).
