Affected Services and Tools:

  • SAP B2B transactions with our partners will not flow.
  • B2B: Part Requests (3PL), FSOs [TPM], TA Adhoc address validations will be unavailable.  Inbound requests will be stopped by B2B vendors.
  • SFDC: Partner registration functionality will be delayed
  • Data sync between SAP and other internal systems (ERP, CMAT, EIM, OIM) will be stopped
  • Support Site
    • SAP supported functionality will be unavailable
    • Users will not be able to create/update/view cases
    • View /update Warranty FRU lookup and Warranty Admin, Parts RMA,

    • Product Registration, Serial Number Profile Search won’t work.

    • Users can not access the Installed Products / Entitlement information.
    • Case details will not be available.
    • Case update functionality will not be available.
