CIFS share RW access

Hi, I want to grant read-write access to the share for specific user/group. But despite of giving "Change" and "Read" permissions, only users from Administrators group can create/delete files. Does anyone know how it can be fixed?

You can use the computer management from a windows PC an connect to the filer and set NTFS permissions for the shares.
