Can not see any bulitin account and can't access by cifs

I install the data ontap 8.1.4 on the both node in the HA Configuration,

but when I finished the cifs setup,

I found there is no any builtin account it it,

so I caeate one account name{allen],and assign to administrators group

and I edit the volume's qtree be ntfs

but when I want to edit the volume' permission,

filer tell me the account is unknow

And when I try to use \\ip-address to connect to the file in windows,

The windows direct popup a window to tell me that I don't have permission,

It does not popup a windows let me input the account and password!

How to filx it?
