For troubleshooting and to relieve an issue we have with our v3140, I've set and cifs option, cifs.oplocks.enable, to OFF.
I was told by support that this should not cause any negative impact to our filer. We have about 2500-3000 maximum concurrent users on this vFiler. Can the community chime in and let me know if there is extra performance metrics I should keep an eye on until we can schedule and perform our upgrade to 8.1.2GA?
