To migrate SAN from EMC to NetApp (congrats on making the correct decision ), consider Foreign LUN import:

To migrate NAS data from EMC to NetApp, there are multiple options.
For CIFS, Robocopy might make sense:

For NFS, use rsync (and ask your SE about XCP):
