Can suggest which would be the best and reliable way to migrate NAS & SAN form EMC VNX to NETAPP C-Dot

To migrate SAN from EMC to NetApp (congrats on making the correct decision Smiley Wink), consider Foreign LUN import:

To migrate NAS data from EMC to NetApp, there are multiple options.

 

For CIFS, Robocopy might make sense:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733145.aspx

 

For NFS, use rsync (and ask your SE about XCP):

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-rsync-to-sync-local-and-remote-directories-on-a-vps
