Fc or NFS data stores?

Our 3 node cluster of esxi 4.1 is connected to our fas 6280. We currently have about 100 virtual machines sprinkled across 6 nfs data stores. These nfs datastotes are connected with redundant 10Gbe cards.

We also have a couple Luns that are connected to 4Gb fiber channel. However we don't have any vm's in them. So I figured why would we need them and stick with nfs.

Thought? Can anyone think of why I should keep the fc data stores around for perhaps performance reasons or 10th nfs for the win?

We love NFS...one thing I can think of is if will ever require an RDM for Exchange for example, then you might want to have FC or iSCSI setup since those require a SAN connection.  If not in use no need to leave FCP running.
