KDC Unreachable error on CDOT cluster ?

We got an snmp alert, 

 

One of The Interface has An attempt to update the domain account password for Vserver <vserver1>  failed during password reset with the following error: Password update failed. Reason: Kerberos Error: KDC Unreachable. 

 

Please suggest how to verify and fix the error

Hi,

This will need more investigation analyzing the logs and traces to find why SVM is unable to reach KDC. 

I would recommend to open a support ticket so that troubleshooting can be done.
