Migrating from 7mode to ONTAP 8.3

My company is migrating from 7mode to Cmode ONTAP 8.3. During this migration my boss wants to make sure that we keep a watch on who accesses/deletes/alters our sensitive files. Is there a FPolicy server that can handle the 7mode and CMode NetApps well?
