The File Admin guide for ONTAP is a good start.. https://now.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/ontap/rel802/pdfs/ontap/filesag.pdf  and all docs for 8.0.2 are at https://now.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/ontap/rel802/  You will need a now login to get to the documentation.
