Previous Version on a CIFS share on a vFiler.

Hi

We have two vFilers with cifs shares on that we will be useing "prevoius version". Our users will have there home directoris and fileshare there.

1. The problem is that users only see one copy of a file that they have made changes in, sometimes thers is nothing at all, why? I have local snapshoot copies, snapmirror and snapvault on with diffrent retention times.

2. When i look in the cifs share at the backup site(vault) where our 30days of snapshoot copies are. I can´t read out wich snapshoot belonging which date ex. 20120~1 alt. W000087~1??!!!

I have found an answer to this problem.  I have change from UNIX style to windows on the dfm host.
