The messy chinese characters in win client using NFSv3

Hi 

Here is a thing that our customer using NFSv3 by both linux clients and Win clients, and the chinese characters in wrong and messy show in screenshot. but if I create files by NFSv3 in linux clients and SMB in Win clients(the same client using NFSv3 both), the chinese characters is right. how to deal with this issue.

My POC workplace is FAS2720 ontap 9.14 rc1 to simulation, one Centos7 client, one win 2012 client.

Compare the volume language on your volume and your customer's volume.

You can verify whether the language of the volume is UTF-8 and subsequently modify the language of Windows to UTF-8.
