Hi,
This is a semi pressing issue where no matter what method I use to install the TGZ update file (server or local), both methods
fail
I'm trying to upgrade from 9.9.1P7 to 9.12.1P4
I'm aware of the following KB: When uploading an OS image from the system manager, request timeout occurs - NetApp Knowledge Base
and
System Manager fails to upload ONTAP image due to insufficient space - NetApp Knowledge Base
But I haven't been able to get it to work. I've also opened up a case with NetApp but they have not gotten back to met yet

hello:
You can upload images from the command line, which is the most convenient, and this article will help you to a certain extent
