i have oracle dbs that are using NFS v3 to connecto the filer. right now the default is 32768. I read on the on NFS tuning, if my network is big and on tcp, i should be using 65536 instead.

Im seeing odd numbers when copying files to and from the netapp. sometimes a 400MB file takes 22 mins and other time 31 seconds.

Does anyone knows what Netapp recommends?

greatly appreciate the help

thanks
