After upgrade from cDOT 8.2P2 to 8.2P3 DFM/OnCommand 5.1 not pulling information

This was working when we running 8.2P2, once we complete the upgrade to P3 DFM is not able to pull information from the clusters.

We upgraded to 5.2 and still have the problem.

5.2 fixed it, we had to wait for polling to complete to see everything.
