The customer is using vCenter 6.7. I connected to the OnTap tool for VMware vSphere to unregister vCenter, and the program was successfully removed. However, when I returned to vCenter, it was still there. When I went back to the OnTap tool for VMware vSphere again, it no longer allowed me to remove it, but the plugin still existed in vCenter. I went into the vCenter MOB to look for the extension, but I didn't see it in the extensions list.
What can I do to resolve this?
