Can't delete data on S3 bucket

Dear community,

 

We have a NetApp 8020 storage system and were trying out the S3 feature to use as a Veeam capacity tier repository.

 

After some testing, we noticed that Veeam was not deleting backups from it and we tried the same process (deleting files or folders from the bucket) using the S3 Browser tool, without success. The tool just hangs or does not give any output from the delete operation.

 

Our system is running version 9.8P17.

 

Are you guys aware of any known issue preventing this basic operation from working correctly?

 

Without being able to delete the content of the bucket, we're also not allowed to delete the bucket, because it is not empty.

Fixed in 9.9.1. Please open a case and ask for it to be backported.

I think I'm facing this issue.

I can't seem to find information on that bug, but do you know if it's fixed in my version?
