Can't see performance statistics in System Manager

My make a C250 POC for my customer's request,

They want to know the performance ,

They want using cifs protocol,

so they make some read write test,

and they export the performance statistics to csv file in System Manager,

they found the Read performance statistics value in csv file is 0 during the test time range,

but Write Performance statistics value is normal,

Is someone meet the situation?

Is that normal?

How to fix it?

What is your ONTAP version ?

Have you try in the SVM the "File System" sectoin :
