You need to use Oncommand system manager if you prefer to use graphic interface.

similiar feature is enabled in Clustered Data ONTAP 8.3. ( System manager is built into the cluster now). you may type https://cluster-mgmt-lif-ip.

from the release notes:

Starting with Data ONTAP 8.3, OnCommand System Manager is included with Data ONTAP as a
web service (sysmgr) and enabled by default. Cluster user accounts with the admin role and the
http, ontapi, and console application types of login can use a web browser to access System
Manager.
To access System Manager, you point the web browser to the cluster management LIF in one of the
following formats:
• https://cluster-mgmt-LIF (if using IPv4)
• https://[cluster-mgmt-LIF] (if using IPv6)
Only HTTPS is supported for browser access of System Manager.
