Ciphers in CDOT 8.2.3

I know that individual ciphers are not configurable in CDOT 8.2.3, whether you're running FIPS 140-2 or just SSL v3. Is there a way to see what individual ciphers are actually in play, or are supported? The command security ssh show will show me what all key exchange algorithms and cipher groups (e.g., aes256-ctr), but it doesn't get any deeper than that, near as I can tell.
