Cluster hw_assist: bind failed error

We are recieving the following error Cluster hw_assist: bind failed to port 4444 on IP address xxx.xxx.xxx. I have no clue what it means though. Any thoughts?

Looks like the partner IP address is currently not set. Try to set it and check.
