Commvault and Flexgroups - Any issues

I have a customer that is implementing a FAS8300 with only NFS and CIFS shares.   They are going to be using Commvault for backing up the data on those shares.    They are looking at Flexgroups and qtrees with quotas for their user shares.   Is there any downside to using Flexgroups with Commvault?   I saw one document from Commvault which mentioned that NDMP is not supported with Flexgroups.   They are not using NDMP so that should not be an issue.  Looking for other caveats.
