***Controller global status monitor*** Can this monitor in scom overrided to specific volume

Hello Everyone,

Can somebody help with following monitor In Microsoft SCOM

Alert Name : Controller global status monitor

Monitor Name : Data ONTAP: Controller Global Status Monitor

One of my customer dont wanted get alerted from the same monitor for a specific volume, when i tried to override the same i get to see only controller specific overrides for this monitor not volume specific

Customer says volume is fine but when i check OnCommand Event Log in SCOM Management Server it keeps generating 1001 event for the same volume

 

Request help as customer confirms no issues at Volume side then why 1001 event is being logged in Oncommand Event Log, Was it a Bug or any suggestions would be thankful

Well, you can specifically turn the alerting off for a volume at the registry level of the filer.  That might be able to "trick" scom.
