Just login on now.netapp.com, then choose Download -> Software in the top menu. Then select in the list DATA ONTAP.

You will arrive on this kind of link: http://support.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/software/?product=Data+ONTAP&platform=FAS3140

Then choose yoru version.
