Data Ontap SMI-S Agent is not running. HTTP Error (401 Unauthorized) is showing.

Hi,

we have installed SMI-S agent 4.1 in Win 2008 R2 for enabling CIM credential service now discovery. After successfull installation in Server, the agent service is not running. i tried to start the Service using "smis cimserver start" but no success on it. The error " C:\PROGRA~2\Ontap\smis\pegasus\bin\cimcli Pegasus Exception: HTTP Error (401 Una
uthorized).. Cmd = ni Object = ONTAP_FilerData" is showing.
