Hi All
I have disabled the efficiency Setting on some snapvault destinations Volume, but the Volumes are still a part of the output from "efficiency show":
svm0001
svm0001_ora_db01_redo1_SV
Disabled Idle Idle for 2822:01:12
-
svm0001
svm0001_ora_db01_redo2_SV
Disabled Idle Idle for 2822:01:13
Only a "efficiency undo" removes the Volumes from the "efficiency show" Output. When I execute "efficiency undo" on the snapvault destination Volume, following error Message pops-up:
Invalid operation on a SnapVault secondary volume
Do someone known a procedure for removing a snapvault Destination Volume from the "efficiency show" Output?
TIA
Thomas

Hi,
TR-3966 gives very good explaination on Snapvault destination volumes. page no 57 onwards.
Also check https://library.netapp.com/ecm/ecm_download_file/ECMP1610205 page no 157 "Managing storage efficiency for SnapVault secondaries"
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
