I have an aggregate which is 96% utilized, i moved a volume for 14TB to another aggregate to bring the utilization down, but still after moving no change is visible

It does not show immediately. Background processes may take up to an hour to show all the space freed up. If not, Check the aggregate snapshots like @Mjizzini posted.

If the volume move (cutover-action) was successful check if you have aggr snapshots.

Make sure you check your volume recovery queue too.
Were you able to see the space recovered on that aggregate?
