Load Sharing Mirror and Flexclone

Can one copy of the mirror be the source of a flexclone?

I am thinking to create a flexclone and then read data from both source and cloned volume. With the concern of it may slow down the source volume, since read from clone essentially is to read data from SRC, I am also thinking to create Load Sharing Mirror, and then read can be thefore from two different volumes, it will not interfere each other.

Appreciate your advice!

Ok, what on earth are you trying to accomplish.

Not many people that I know if use LS mirrors for applications... It's a recommended for Root volumes.

Flexclones aren't really meant for what you're trying to do.
