Looking for a hotfix BUG - 406291

Any hotfix available for BUG - 406291 ??? System is running 7.3.4 (7 mode). Upgrade is not an option

I’m not sure what you call “hot fix”, but according to bug information it is fixed in 7.3.4P1 and above.

it does say to upgrade but like i mentioned upgrade is not an option for me. Hence looking for any work-around solution (hot fix)
