p.17

ONTAP allows backing up a flexible volume other than a SnapLock volume to an SLE or an SLC volume.
That is, a SnapVault relationship can be created between a FlexVol volume as source and SnapLock
volume as destination.

same here

an ONTAP-controlled SnapMirror with the SnapMirror Policy Type Vault is supported between a non-SnapLock volume and a SnapLock volume.
