Nas performance drop

Hi,

Can you provide more details on  how it is configured,which protocol NFS or CIFS, data size, access patterns, number of users accessing, the kind of disks being used SAS, SATA, FC, or SSD
What is the percentage of active and passive Data , i mean some data which is not accessed beyond certain timeline say  6months or 1 year?
