NetApp Storage System Plug-in for Oracle Enterprise Manager Current NAS Performance by Volume

We have an issue where the plugin is showing the Current NAS Performance by Volume - Ordered by Highest Average Latency and the top volumes shown are volumes where the application itself is installed, not databases. The all show extremely high latency on very low IO. We do not believe this is a performance problem and need some help from the plugin team to understand what is actually happening. Here is an example.

Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Apology for delay in response.

What I understand from below problem – Statistics shown by OEM plug-in are not as expected.

Second – Are you using below sorting logic on Information publisher report? If yes, Information publisher reporting doesn’t understand numeric sorting of data. It treats data as string.

Third- Please compare the latency of database volumes with application installed volume in Volume Performance metric of OEM Plug-in. Check if actual values are coming correct for all these volumes (database colume latency should be high compared to application given that database must have load that moment).
