Hello!
Perhaps I changed the permissions to the folder a long time ago. But now I can not restore the correct access rights.
When I try to open the qtree_sync_fs01 folder, I get an error
"Data ONTAP API Failed: Permission denied (Error: 13001)"
(see attachments screenshots 1-4.jpg)
FAS2552 ONTAP 9.1

Hello,
You will need someone with permission to alter ownership or permission for that share/qtree.
If you unable to locate anyone with that specific permission or your ACL permission are missing, check the below kb:
Thanks

Thanks for the help.
The problem was that the folder had already been deleted earlier by Windows tools, but the share on this folder in NetApp remained.
Because of this, the folder was displayed in Windows Explorer as inaccessible.
I ran stop share on NetApp for this folder, and the folder disappeared in Windows Explorer, and the problem disappeared with it. )
