Hello,

I am trying to use the reporting capabilities from ASUP with NetAppDocs. Unfortunately, I always end with "You don't have permission to use this application" with my partner account. I  opened a ticket with support. They confirmed I should have access to the information.

The community is running by other customers/partners and individual in NetApp that wish to participate.

i'm afraid you'll have to keep working with support directly on the site access issue.
