ONTAP optimization for SSD

Hi, Experts,

       Would you share some TR/white paper/documents about how ONTAP optimize for SSD, especially for SSD durance/reliability  optimization from ONTAP perspective ? (Since Netapp already introduced SSD for long time, it's not easy to find out such documents on website  currently.)
