Operations Manager 3.8, which was recently released, can show deduplication savings at the volume, aggregate, and group levels. Since deduplication occurs at the volume level, resulting in deduplication of data across multiple LUNs, the savings are only reflected at the volume level. On the upside, Operations Manager provides a single view of dedupe savings across multiple NetApp systems.
