Today I have checked NetApp FAS2552 has failed light, when I checking on OnCommand System, it was node A has been takeover by node B. But i was checked there no alert message and ha is healthy. Any one know how to check better?

Potentially one of the nodes rebooted/paniced and restarted which why things look good now.
Can start by doing a health check of some kind - https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/How_to_perform_a_health_check_in_Data_ONTAP_8_7-mode (requires active login to Support Site)

Usually, the SP logs would help with an unexpected reboot (What logs to collect for a down system with a Service Processor - NetApp Knowledge Base) Specially the console logs, which would show what was the last message of the node before going down (SP> system log).
