Problem with Quiescing volume after SnapVault

Hi,

We have a problem with Quiescing volumes after running SnapVault updates.

The large volumes hang on status "Quiescing" (for weeks).

We tried...

1. Stopping the snapvault relationships
   
2. Disable snapvault
   
3. Restarting the filer
   

Nothing works.

Does anyone have a solution?

Envierment:

Primary system: FAS3160HA

OS: OnTap 7.3.5

Secundary system: FAS3020

OS: OnTap 7.3.5
