Hey,
I read somewhere that with FlexGroup as a vmware datastore you can achieve QOS in a vm granular-level.
how can it be done? Just by setting QOS policies on the folders that represent each vm with all of its files? Or does it mean to create a qtree for each vm and then setting a QOS policy on it? Because the latter is very uncomfortable and needs constant maintenance as new vms are deployed and created.

It sounds like QoS is configured per VM in the Host and Clusters settings.
