This is my setup
Primary controller setup with vfiler to separate different customers.
ProtectionManager uses SnapVault to backup data to secondary site.. FAS3270 active/active.
My problem is, when I try to do a restore from secondary on a users complete folder (using the Restore wizard) in a customer home directory, it fails with followong info: Restore skipped for path. Reason: Failed to find path in the backup image
But if I do a single file or folder it works??
How come?
Example using restore wizard in Management Console :
Restore on /vol/vfiler_vol/home/user =fails
Restore on /vol/vfiler_vol/home/user/subfolder =success
