SVR4 Error 2: No such file or directory

Guys, I have a big problem..... my SMO is pointing to a PROD DB for getting the snapshots, for some reason it stopped, my DB is up and running...but my SMO is giving me the following:

ORA-01034: Oracle not available

ORA-27101: Shared memory realm does not exist

SVR4 error 2: No such file or directory

I tested the server status where SMO is alocated, but I am guessing that the SMO repo is the one is down...and I am not sure where is it alocatd, or how to get over it to re-start it.

I don't think is realted to my PROD DB, is more related to the SMO DB.....but how to check it, is my doubt right now...

Please I need some guide..

Thank you.
