Snaplock Compliance & ONTAP 7-mode upgrade 8.1.2 > 8.2.3

Need to upgrade some 7-mode filers from 8.1.2P4 to 8.2.3P6. 

Currently running SnapLock Compliance / Enterprise. 

I'm looking for any special precautions in respect of snaplock and the ONTAP upgrades, can't find any specifics in any of the Upgrade Advisor related documentation but 

would appreciate others experience of this process.
