Hi,
I am getting the following error while trying to start the VM:
Error: [102] VmPowerErr: VM 'edgeVM1' will not be powered on due to enabled CPU power management features on the host system. Please disable CPU power management features in the host system BIOS before starting this VM.
Attached is the screenshot of the error I am getting.
How do I disable the CPU power management features in a IBM x3550 ESX server using vSphere client?
Thanks,
Priyanka

you may want to turn off Intel Speed step in BIOS and try the same command again

I could disable CPU power management feature by getting into bios --> cpu options --> disable processor power state
