Used Space Discrepancy in ONTAP

Hi,

I am having trouble viewing the amount of space used on each of my SnapShots.  While this fucntion is working on all my other volumes one in particular has stopped showing the space usage and total in ONTAP.  Does anyone have any ideas what may have caused this discrepancy?  The reclaimable space does show space used and there are methods through putty to view this but I would like to see this in ONTAP.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi ,

Have you used Single File Snap Restore (SFSR) on this volume? What is the Data ONTAP version ?

Thanks

Daniel

You can also use another command snap reclaimable <vol-name> snapshot-name to cross check what is the space consumed by each snapshot. This gives the amount of space that the snapshot has consumed
