OnCommand Insight can do this for Vmware, Hyper-V and we are working on OpenStack with KVM

Have your partner run a Lanamark assessement against for environment to collect those statistics.  Another great tool you could use would be Veeam One, you could sign up for a 30 day trial to monitor your environment.
